Noticed hundreds of these in the logs today for about a solid hour:

Jun 24 02:33:09.058 [Warning] Your computer is too slow to handle this many circuit creation requests! Please consider

using the MaxAdvertisedBandwidth config option or choosing a more restricted exit policy.

Jun 24 02:33:09.148 [Warning] Failed to hand off onionskin. Closing.

I'm an exit relay with 443 open and using the "Cable/DSL 256kpbs" option in vidalia 1.5

This seems to have gone away in, even on an ancient G3 processor.
