Description

Once you are on research.tpo.org and/or metrics you cant click somewhere to navigate to tpo.org

I'd like to see an footer to get to tpo.org (or something else)

(to be fair metrics links to:
https://www.torproject.org/docs/trademark-faq.html.en, which could be used to get to tpo.org/index)

Agreed. But I think this problem is not specific to research.tpo and/or metrics.tpo, and it's not up to those two sites in particular to fix it. What we need instead is either a *.tpo-wide navigation bar, or at least guidelines for navigation on/between those sites.

I'm going to assign this one to metrics. Having a common navbar across subdomains is not sanely possible. In the mean time this is something that can be fixed in metrics.

Still a good idea after the Metrics website redesign. How about we turn "The Tor Project" in "(c) 2009--2017 The Tor Project" in the footer into a link to www.torproject.org? Or are there better places?

Yes, this is a good idea.

Footer seems fine and maybe also turn 'Tor' in "What would you like to know about the Tor network?" into a link to tp.o?
