Torbutton and Torbrowser documentation pages are outdated

Description

Torbutton and Torbrowser documentation pages need some updates to reflect which threats are really covered.

For example, it's said in Torbutton design that Torbutton can rewrite the referer when this option has been deleted since more than a year: https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbutton.git/commit/041fcb128e557597a4d0d434a3287f3e70e0e2c1
because of 3809 and 3429.
Some JavaScript hooks don't work anymore or have been replaced by Torbrowser patches: https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbrowser.git/blob/1720f1520443c0c1e3be03abbb467662d4d54e33:/src/current-patches/firefox/0023-Do-not-expose-physical-screen-info.-via-window-and-w.patch

In Torbrowser design, it's said that WebGl is disabled when it is currently handle by NoScript.

Whith all the updates, the adaptations for 1506 and the continuous "fusion" between Torbutton and Torbrowser, there must be other changes to make in:
