vidalia bundle for windows missing

https://www.torproject.org/dist/vidalia-bundles/vidalia-bundle-0.2.3.25-0.2.21.exe is missing, but linked on https://www.torproject.org/download/download.html.en

added component::webpages/website priority::medium resolution::fixed status::closed type::task labels

We said ages ago we were going to stop producing the client vidalia-bundle when tbb went to tor 0.2.3x-base. The link is removed from the advanced download page.
