Summary: seems broken on WIN/ broken on Chrome

gave me an infinite redirect loop until I disabled HTTPS everywhere. I'm using Chromium on Ubuntu here, so I changed the title of this bug.

Usually https everywhere will keep track of the number of redirects and give up after some number (default is 10 in FF, I think), printing "Redirection limit is " to stdout. It doesn't seem to count them at all in this case.

Oh, this appears to just be a javascript redirect. Disabling until the parent gets fixed.
