Disable ruleset for Ping.fm

The certificate for Ping.fm expired a few months ago.

Firefox warning

ping.fm uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 10/29/2012 04:36 PM.

Actually, I just noticed that ping.fm redirects to seesmic.com which defaults to https even without https everywhere.

ping.fm was shutdown earlier this year, and since they didn't renew the certificate, I think the ruleset should be removed from https-everywhere.
