Create LDAP account for brade

Kathleen Brade needs an LDAP account.

We need: 11:58 < weasel> name, forwarding email address, pgp key fingerprint, desired username.

added component::internal services/tor sysadmin team owner::weasel priority::medium resolution::fixed status::closed type::task labels

11:58 < weasel> then you get arma/andrew/.. to ack that request. 11:59 < weasel> and somebody/something to indicate that their key is in fact their key.

Also (like #8034 (moved)), it looks like you haven't uploaded your key to any of the keyservers?

Any sane keyserver will do, as they sync. One is pgp.mit.edu.

Key still missing from keyserver network.
