Mix of the two: A) Feb 03 07:13:52.000 [notice] Tried for 131 seconds to get a connection to [scrubbed]:0. Giving up. B) Feb 03 15:04:36.000 [notice] Tried for 120 seconds to get a connection to [scrubbed]:0. Giving up. (waiting for circuit) Repeats every few seconds.
C) Feb 03 14:08:53.000 [warn] circuit_package_relay_cell(): Bug: outgoing relay cell has n_chan==NULL. Dropping. .. C) appeared once. I've noticed this in other bug reports recently. New bug?
