Description

When I activate Torbutton, Firefox's GUI gets messed up, see the attached screenshots for more details (look at top right).

I'm using Firefox 3.0.1 and the following extensions:

  • Firebug 1.2.1
  • Firecookie 0.6
  • Firemacs 3.4
  • Flagfox 3.3.2
  • NoScript 1.8.13
  • Torbutton 1.2.0 (of course ;))

My Theme is called Pluto, but this did happen also with the Defaulttheme.

As a sidenote, I'm using a tiling windowmanager (xmonad), so windows are always in a maximated state.

Hrmm.. So this may actually be a bug in the way that firefox is reporting window maximization..
I check to see if windows are maximized before trying to resize, but it may be lying in your case.

If you are still around, I can give you a debug xpi so we can see exactly when its doing the check
and why it might be failing.

flyspray2trac: bug closed.
Actually, this issue was already filed as bug 747, which also has reference to a firefox bug that was filed.
