HTTPS Everywhere SSL Observatory can't initialize (unfound) libnss3.dylib

Description

On OS X (Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)), running Firefox (19.0), and HTTPS-Everywhere (3.1.3), when starting FireFox, the system.log invariably registers an error which includes:

"SSL Observatory: Failed to initialize NSS component:Error: couldn't open library libnss3.dylib"

Still happens with HTTPS-Everywhere 3.2.3 & Firefox 22. Starting Firefox via dtruss, the NSS libraries appear to be found.
