The page will be a support dashboard with a list of issues for each day, e.g. "Tue 19 March, is down", "Mon 18 March, hidden services broke (#ticketnumber)". The idea is that support assistants (and developers) can use this page as a quick way to get an overview of known issues.

I am looking at different dashboard-solutions we can use, but worst case is I throw together a nice index.html to begin with.
