Put pyobfsproxy/pyptlib releases in dist

I should upload the pyobfs/pyptlib releases somewhere so that that they can be moved to dist

added component::internal services/service - dist priority::medium severity::normal status::new type::task labels

Sigh. dist needs to die. how big are these bundles in total?

I actually meant the release tarballs of that software. We used to have www.tpo/dist/obfsproxy where we put the obfsproxy releases, but it got purged.

Any chance we could upload these releases in an official Tor Project place?

This is a trac ticket because someone asked me for an official download link for the obfsproxy tarballs and I noticed that they were not included in dist.

Which component does this belong to?

Also, if you think that obfsproxy tarballs don't belong in dist feel free to close this ticket.
