Description

Google has implemented an efficient binary updater:

http://dev.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/software-updates-courgette

TBB should use this. The client side could be implemented in Micah's torbrowser-launcher; the server side would presumably be a tor sysadmin task.

It's not clear that we want Courgette (there is a longer patch application time, issues with zip files etc.). But maybe we do. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504624 is the bug we want to track.
