Description

As the subject says, the NYTimes rule keeps the photojournalism blog from loading properly. Disabling the rule fixes the issue. I'm using version 3.1.4 of the addon with Firefox/Linux.

It mostly works properly for me with both 4.0development.6 and 3.1.4, but there are isolated pages that don't load, such as

http://lens.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/04/24/a-life-sold-on-photography/

Can anyone better characterize what does and doesn't work within that blog?

If we can't figure it out soon, I think we should exclude that subdomain from the stable and dev rulesets, and leave the R&D project of figuring out how to partially reenable it for the dev branch.

That particular URL actually worked for me in the development branch.

Basically, the slideshows (which are the main point of the site!) mostly don't load for me.

This is very different for users with and without Flash. :-)

I've just checked in a fix that excludes more Flash-related content from graphics8.nytimes.com and appears to totally fix this bug.

(Excludes in the sense of "avoids rewriting" with an <exclusion> tag, not in the sense of "avoids loading".)
