The Google Maps ruleset still breaks Weatherspark :(

Supposedly this commit should have prevented the Google Maps ruleset from breaking Weatherspark. But it's stayed broken. Let's figure out why.

changed milestone to %HTTPS-E 3.2

Actually it turns out that this was really easy to fix; it's just that our previous exclusion was stale:
