Flashproxy facilitator documentation improvements

I have deployed the facilitator for testing in a server. Everything went fine. I've seen some little details on facilitator-howto that could be better. I'm sending a patch with the changes.

I'm happy to hear that someone else has set up a facilitator. Thank you for your corrections.

I changed "build-essential" to "make"; I hope that's sufficient. I prefer not to have gcc and other programs on the facilitator if not necessary.
