TwitPic has an untrusted connection notice

Visiting https://twitpic.com prompts an untrusted connection warning in Firefox 20.0.1 with its rule enabled. Same for Chrome with the expired certificate warning.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
