Flock 2 compatibility problems (missing homepage, favorites)

Tor 1.2.0 from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2275 breaks certain features in the Flock browser (available from flock.com). A user reported this at http://getsatisfaction.com/flock/topics/tor_button_problems.

The problems I see:

1. Home page does not appear when Flock starts.
2. Favorites in the Favorites Toolbar do not appear.

Steps:

1. Open Flock, install extension. Clear the error console to see errors.
2. Restart the browser.

Expected Results: Flock shows the home page.

Actual Results: Blank home page, no favorites. The error console shows the following errors:
