Debian (deb) package is missing in Raring

Reported by: cypherpunks Owned by: erinn

Severity: Keywords: apt deb key raring ubuntu

While there is an "" Debian (.deb) package available at
and recommends installing the "" from the APT repository, the Ubuntu 13.04 "raring" amd64 binary package list at
does not reference it (the ones for "quantal" and "wheezy" do).

It's about the 4th time in a row that I'm pointing this problem out, which occurred for (not just) me whenever I upgrade to a newer Ubuntu release. If you have a way to add a test for this or some kind of "business" process that might be a good idea.

By the way, the bug tracker offers a "component" "RPM packaging" but not "DEB packaging" so I'm not sure what to file this against.

Thanks for your awesome work, you rock.

Great. Ok to close this ticket then?

(It's a shame the original poster didn't use an actual trac username. I wonder if he / she will ever check back here.)
