Debian (deb) package apt.torproject.org-keyring is missing in Raring
While there is an "apt.torproject.org-keyring" Debian (.deb) package available at http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/pool/main/d/deb.torproject.org-keyring/deb.torproject.org-keyring_2012.08.29_all.deb and https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian recommends installing the "apt.torproject.org-keyring" from the apt.torproject.org APT repository, the Ubuntu 13.04 "raring" amd64 binary package list at http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/dists/raring/main/binary-amd64/Packages does not reference it (the ones for "quantal" and "wheezy" do).
It's about the 4th time in a row that I'm pointing this problem out, which occurred for (not just) me whenever I upgrade to a newer Ubuntu release. If you have a way to add a test for this or some kind of "business" process that might be a good idea.
By the way, the bug tracker offers a "component" "RPM packaging" but not "DEB packaging" so I'm not sure what to file this against.
Thanks for your awesome work, you rock.
