Do not display the missing plugin information bar

I suggest you set plugins.hide_infobar_for_missing_plugin pref to true by default.

Torbrowser should not display information bar about missing plugin by default. Plugins are disabled by Torbrowser by default. Describe for preference: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Plugins.hide_infobar_for_missing_plugin
