Im not that into all the technical stuff so im happy just using the tbb, but for some reason the TorBrowser itself wont start. Im connected to the network, so the only problem lies with the tbb-firefox. Here is the error im getting.

I have tried the latest release of the bundle aswell, with the same results. And since I do not want to go messing around with things I lack knowledge of I am unable to browse using Tor.

I've looked everywhere I can think of for answers, but this is the only ticket that I could find even mentioning it.

Thanks!

The solution I found was to uninstall a certain windows update that apparently blocked the firefox browser in some way. You could try using normal firefox (not with TOR) to access the internet just to see if you have got the same problem. In case the normal firefox browser does not work either check the windows update list / history of installed updates for KB2670838. I hope it works out for you.
