Submissions spams used ports (only SYN)

Hi,

Firefox is spamming my ports with pending connections. The longer i run firefox, the more ports are blocked.

It seems this issue is associated with #8890 (moved) as I'm forced to use an http proxy to connect and all direct access to the internet is blocked.

OS: Windows 7 Firefox: 22.0 HTTPS-Everywhere: 3.2.4
