another crash. perhaps it only shows when the network is really jammed and there are many very slow jap connections pending.

i am using the 0.0.9.4 debian package, i am running a pretty old x86 pc and have a jap mix running on the same box which connects to apache/mod_proxy, which in turn connects to tor.
