Description

By default, --throw-keyids should be disabled. This confuses a lot of people and many others have complained (rather angrily and rightfully so!) about this. Those who wish to make use of this can toggle it from the preferences window.

Isn't there an option to only hide the sender's key id?

This wouldn't confuse anybody

Replying to cypherpunks:

Did you mean the recipient here? Because encrypted messages do not have the sender's key ID anyways. If you meant the recipient, that is why we were using --throw-keyids, which is basically --hidden-recipient for all recipients.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
