TBB 3.0 alpha: major pluggable transports should be included by default

Description

I was surprised to learn that the TBB 3.0 ships without obfs2/obfs3.

I read somewhere that <25MB size is a concern. I wonder if there could be a way to autoupdate and install some additional software once the primary bundle is installed.

It'd be really, really good to have pluggable transports a known and documented feature of TBB 3.0 once it's out of beta, because many users are going to need them.

See #9444, which asks for deterministic TBB builds with pluggable transport.
(my ticket does not demand it to be included in the regular TBB. I'm not sure about this, since I don't know what users may find more irritating, though I opt for having just one bundle to make things easier)

There's probably some ticket regarding auto updating TBB (or Tor installations in general), but I'm not sure if it includes upgrading to a whole new version. If someone knows those tickets, please share them here.
