Description

The library that currently lives at https://gitweb.torproject.org/flashproxy.git/tree/HEAD:/websocket-transport/src/pt is nice, and is already being used by a separate program, the super-proxy server in #7167. It should have its own home separate from the flashproxy tree, like pyptlib is separate from obfsproxy.

The library moved when websocket-transport moved out of the flashproxy repo.

The new home is

https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-transports/goptlib.git

I'm planning to make incompatible changes in this new repo, so I'm going to leave the old copy under websocket.git and leave other software pointing at it. I'll make any necessary changes to those programs when I change their import paths to point to the new repo.
