     20  - Be aware that IRC is easily monitored. Group (channels) communication cannot be protected. One-to-one conversations (private messages) can be end-to-end encrypted using OTR. Use it!
     21  - We have a XMPP server for people with LDAP account. It is harder to monitor than IRC as its running on our own infrastructure. It is also easier to use over Tor to protect your location. Stil, it's highly recommended to use OTR.  ''TODO:'' add link to documentation
