7878|| [https://ebonytales.com Ebony Tales Inc.] || || || Yes || Yes || Ebony Tales Inc. allows Tor relays if IRC/SMTP is blocked. However, very hard to obtain a server since it requires a vouch from an existing customer. || || || ||

8281 * `relay [+] exit [-]` [http://afterburst.com Afterburst (formerly Fanatical VPS)] provides unmetered VPS on 1000mbps line. Fair usage applies. Quoting Nick from the team: "Yes hosting tor relays is allowed, however depending on the VPS you choose you'll probably want to enforce a speed limit". The Micro package fair usage is 1-2mbit a second which I gladly honor. Been hosting an exit relay since November 2011.  As of March 2014 exit nodes are not allowed according to their acceptable use policy.
8382 * I've asked their support and I got a negative answer (4/2012): "We used to allow Tor on our nodes, but unfortunately we have had some issues with our datacenter (Hetzner) in terms of AUP and such. Sorry but we cannot allow anything tor-related anymore."
