    926926A note on Android emulators. Mozilla Fennec required the ARM processor support [[https://developer.android.com/ndk/guides/cpu-arm-neon|NEON]]. Unfortunately, it seems like Android kernels compiled for older APIs don't support this (?). It's annoying. As an example, compare the CPU Features:
