Andrew's suggested questions to answer as part of a Normalization Process to transition to products:

  • How big is the market we're looking to enter? Who are the buyers?
  • What are the revenue projections for year 1? year 2?
  • What's the break-even point to make a profit?
  • Do we have the staff in house to do this, or do we need to collaborate with others and/or hire more?
  • What do the operations look like after we launch the first version to market?
  • What's the minimum viable product? How much will it cost to build?
  • Who is building it? How do we get it to market for feedback?
  • Do we have feedback loops setup for customers to shape the next iteration?
