- only wok in working hours is important

- working at home makes it hard
- home distrations make things hard
- international meetings make things hard.

- maybe, accept lost time rather than demanding 8 productive hours per day?

- GUILT is important
- and people use GUILT to drive their recreation too sometimes

- notice when you're running out of brain
- office hours can be tricky

- how do you get yourself to do stuff that's good for you?

- one person plays piano professionally! switching back and forth help

- have something else that you do ?

- set _easy_ work goals?

- 40 hr work week -- human right or opportunity to slack off?

- keep IRC/ entertainment open, to not feel alone?

- asn/dgoulet help people feel connected just by talking

- taking weekends off helps a lot.

- tie work into values, tie values into llfe goals, regular life, that
working all the time is not "winning".

- imagine that your motivation structure is a boss. Are they a nice boss?

- What _is_ work success?

- Pride?
- Accomplishment?
- Thinking about work all day?
- Day measurement : bot mails you with how old you are in days and fraction of human lifespan that is (!!!!????)

- List of activities on weekly basis:
- stimulate brain
- physical activity
- uses senses

- time-tracking and todo lists.

- useful in making you think about what you're doing, but makes it all into to-do stuff. Hard to account for tasks that aren't your main things.

- You can't do everything in your life terms of "MUST"

- To-do lists are never done.

- PEOPLE MATTER. Including YOU.
- If privacy matters, how if not because people matter?
- If people matter, how not you?

- WHAT CAN WE DO:
- Normalize self-care, self-therapy, self-service.
- TV
- Recap
- other computer stuff: recreation or more of the same?
