    1 [[BR]]- only wok in working hours is important[[BR]][[BR]]- working at home makes it hard[[BR]]  - home distrations make things hard[[BR]]  - international meetings make things hard.[[BR]][[BR]]- maybe, accept lost time rather than demanding 8 productive  hours per day?[[BR]][[BR]]- GUILT is important[[BR]]  - and people use GUILT to drive their recreation too sometimes[[BR]][[BR]]- notice when you're running out of brain[[BR]]  - office hours can be tricky[[BR]][[BR]]- how do you get yourself to do stuff that's good for you?[[BR]][[BR]]- one person plays piano professionally!  switching back and forth help[[BR]][[BR]]- have something else that you do ?[[BR]][[BR]]- set _easy_ work goals?[[BR]][[BR]]- 40 hr work week -- human right or opportunity to slack off?[[BR]][[BR]]- keep IRC/ entertainment open, to not feel alone?[[BR]][[BR]]  - asn/dgoulet help people feel connected just by talking[[BR]][[BR]]- taking weekends off helps a lot.[[BR]][[BR]]- tie work into values, tie values into llfe goals, regular life, that[[BR]]  working all the time is not "winning".[[BR]][[BR]]- imagine that your motivation structure is a boss.  Are they a nice boss?[[BR]][[BR]]- What _is_ work success?[[BR]][[BR]]  - Pride?[[BR]]  - Accomplishment?[[BR]]  - Thinking about work all day?[[BR]]  - Day measurement : bot mails you with how old you are in days and fraction[[BR]]    of human lifespan that is (!!!!????)[[BR]][[BR]]- Listof activities on weekly basis:[[BR]]  - stimulate brain[[BR]]  - physical activity[[BR]]  - uses senses[[BR]][[BR]]- time-tracking and todo lists.[[BR]][[BR]]  - useful in making you think about what you're doing, but makes it all into[[BR]]    to-do stuff.  Hard to account for tasks that aren't your main things.[[BR]][[BR]]  - You can't do everything in your life terms of "MUST"[[BR]][[BR]]- To-do lists are never done.[[BR]][[BR]]- PEOPLE MATTER.  Including YOU.[[BR]]  - If privacy matters, how if not because people matter?[[BR]]  - If people matter, how not you?[[BR]][[BR]]- WHAT CAN WE DO:[[BR]]  - Normalize self-care, self-therapy, self-service.[[BR]][[BR]]  - TV[[BR]][[BR]]- Recap[[BR]][[BR]]- other computer stuff: recreation or more of the same?
