Github nyx repository

Hi lovely github admin folks. Could we please set Nyx up to have a tpo github mirror, similar to Stem?

Hi github admins. I'm bumping the priority of this because I'm migrating to GitHub for issue tracking (https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/32832) but cannot move Nyx's issues until we have a repository.

If there is a self-service method for me to create a GitHub Nyx repository that mirrors the TPO repo then please let me know!
