All awesome projects we love get web pages
The goal is to show the world what we're actually working on - a lot of projects live in git, some never have a tar.gz release, etc
Atagar knows where the template is for a simple project page.
Off the top of my head:

I disagree that we should be adding things like gettor - it's a dead project. But I'm tired of arguing this so if its author (... does it have one?) makes a project page then fine.
There are loads of projects. No overview of current status, active, waiting for maintainer, depreciated, whatever. See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/projects
Hi proper, just spotted all the trac updates. Thanks for improving it! This ticket is actually talking about... https://www.torproject.org/projects/projects.html.en

There is but you're looking at the wrong place... https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer.html.en#Projects
The trac projects page is around a year out of date. Personally I vote for deleting it but arma seems to disagree. I'll just add a note mentioning that it's out of date and leave it to someone else to decide the page's future fate.
We need to have less official projects, not more. I'm fine with wiki pages per project if there is an active maintainer for them.
We have the template around, and people can edit the wiki.
